Hello, i currently turned 26 years old in December. I changed my major to Real Estate from Accounting when i was attending Glendale Community College before the whole covid shutdown. I began working with my dad as a full time painter/ drywall/ handyman as he started to pursue his own service company. Over the last few years i have learned a lot over Youtube University and listening to Podcast. Now! I am ready to connect and start building my portfolio. I am interested in investing in my area: Los Angeles County, as well as, out of the counties in the State of California.
