This pandemic has emphasized the importance of pursuing those things that interest me, and I have always been interested in real estate (all facets of it). Ironically, I purchased several real estate books 1 week prior to all of the shut-down, and have been reading and listening to podcasts ever since then. I have been learning about BRRRR, house hacking and mobile homes. I know at some point I need to step out there, I would really appreciate a mentor and/or partner.
