Hey everyone! I work in the hospitality industry in Nashville, Tennessee, where I currently own a condo that I rent out. I’ll be relocating to Huntsville, Alabama, and I’m excited to start exploring the real estate market there as I continue building my portfolio. My goal is to steadily grow my real estate investments over the next 10–15 years with the ultimate goal of replacing my active income and creating long-term financial independence. I’m particularly interested in learning more about rental properties, multifamily investing, creative financing strategies, and ways to scale a portfolio while balancing a full-time career. I’m joining BiggerPockets to learn from other investors, connect with people in the Tennessee and Alabama markets, and hopefully share what I learn along the way.
