My husband and I live on the east coast and have invested in a property in Prescott, AZ which is renting well. We bought a retirement home in Sedona, AZ with the intention to rent it for the next five years then move there when we can retire from our full time jobs. Unfortunately the universe is not cooperating with us and this beautiful house has not rented so we made upgrades and plan to place it back on the market. If it doesn't sell, we will try renting it again.
