I have recently moved to Sacramento from the bay area. Have experience managing and selling my own SFDs and duplexes. Also have CA RE license and looking to affiliate myself with a like-minded broker. Want to get back into buying, flipping or holding small, 2 to 4 unit, investment properties. The SF penisula has become too expensive to start over, so moved to Sacramento where values are more reasonable and growth is healthy...simply put, I'm looking for investment opportunities to invest in and to with a broker with a BiggerPockets mindset.
