I currently own an Engineering Firm where I do very well financially. I am looking to diversify and pick up multifamily housing. Experience: I previously owned two rental properties which have been sold. Real Estate Goals: I would like to purchase a multi-family unit (2+ units) by June 2018. Every year I'd like to purchase a multi-family unit. Currently Seeking: Currently seeking a multi-family unit within 1 hour of Murrieta, Ca no more than $700k.
