Luke Icenhower

Me in a nutshell: I'm a married, mid-30's man living in the Pacific Northwest. I'm passionate about video gaming and have developed my career in games marketing for global publishers both large and small. I love snowboarding, live music, and have 2 adorable cats. I am beginning my education into growing additional wealth through real estate investment, first as a means to supplement my income and later as a vehicle to early retirement while enabling opportunities to support my community and those in need. I hold some investments but have never owned real estate. Until now, owning property is something I've always believed to be a life goal (i.e. my own home) but have never explored the possibility of investing in property out of state until a recent discussion with a friend and colleague made me realize that it's not only possible, but within reach. Thus led me here, where I hope to further that knowledge, develop a plan for those goals, and hopefully meet others with similar goals with which we will help each other. I come here seeking an education and the advice and lessons of others who have come before me or are still on this path. I hope to learn much while providing mutual benefit to those whose path I cross.
