I am a Pharmacist and also does apartment syndication. I am in the acquisition aspect of the business, focused in finding value- add Class B and C properties in TN and KY. My goal is to transition to full-time syndication years from now and have that financial freedom. And at same time, have extra resources to share to my people in my province in the Philippines. Life has sooo many unpredictable turns, I decided to go bigger, take that leap, step out from my comfort zone so I can have a bigger purpose in life.
