I've always had a strong desire and interest in building my investment portfolio with a heavy focus on real estate - flipping to be specific. I decided not long ago that obtaining my real estate license would be a sound way to not only become more savvy with contracts, marketplace, dialect, etc. while also providing an opportunity to grow my network and capital. My interest and focus has been to work with developers/investors. As I continually learn about the multiple platforms at which one can build wealth through real estate i.e. vacation rentals, land parking, commercial investments, house hacking, Buy and Holds; I am eager to learn more, find my niche and become a pro in my field - as an investor. Presently, I am looking to partner with another investor where we can strategize, grow, learn, work and build a strong portfolio throughout the U.S..
