Ariel Rodriguez

I predominately work in B and C neighborhoods on value-add opportunities. My day job is at Workforce Partners, a real estate PE firm in Norwalk, CT. We invest in multifamily apartment buildings and own a few hotels. I also invest in duplexes and single family homes in Poughkeepsie, NY. My goal on BP is to network with like-minded people in the area and learn other people's stories. Happy to hop on a phone call or grab some coffee in the NYC/ Stamford area.
