I found a love for homes when I purchased my first multi-family property in 2014. I renovated the home down to the studs and rebuilt it with the same bones and character it had. Rebuilding homes back to their beautiful state with a bit of modern flare is what I truly love to do and I love to do it with my rental because everyone deserve a beautiful home even when you're not able to purchase it yourself. I currently house hack in a 2-family property, the one purchased in 2014. I am looking to purchase more 2-family properties and some rentals in downtown New Bedford.
