Austin McClain

My name is Austin McClain and I am a current undergraduate student making my way into real estate investing. After some reading and a lot of time analyzing my life and what I want for the future of my loved ones and I, I realized I need to align myself with a vehicle that will allow me to build wealth that I can one day transfer to my future children. I have come to see real estate investing as a vehicle that will allow me the ability to work for myself while earning enough income to live comfortably without worrying about financial security and stability. This also has the potential to provide me with a steady income while I also focus on achieving my goal of starting a business that will provide my community with nutrition, sustainable living, and healthy-living education and services at low-to-no cost. I am new to the real estate arena, and am currently working with a friend of mine in the Sacramento area to make our way into the game by establishing our first co-wholesale deal. I am very interested with learning from and working with others to make this goal a reality for myself and others willing to put in the necessary time and effort. It is my hope that this website and community will provide me with an environment beneficial to my growth and allow me to help others along the way as I learn as well.
