Hey guys! Im relatively new to the investing community but just officially transitioned full time into real estate. I closed on my first commercial property and built out storage units on the vacant lots it came with. Doing a BRRRR but in a commercial situation where my good friend's business is renting the space. Moving into my first live-in flip in littleton CO within the next few months. Have been listening to BP podcast for a couple years now and am very grateful for this community of people. Hoping to plug in and do my part to create win-win environments for all!
