I am a beginning investor looking to achieve financial freedom through the long-term investment of rental properties. I am starting my journey through the use of the house-hacking method by purchasing multi-family properties and eventually will work towards purchasing single family homes. My long-term end goal is to acquire enough properties and use the 1031 exchange to acquire an apartment complex. It will be a long journey, but I am motivated and determined.
