Austin Jacque

Fairly new to the real estate investing game but looking forward to the challenges and rewards ahead. A little about me: Grew up in Media, PA; A small town about 20 mins South West of Philadelphia and 15 minutes North of Delaware. I first found my passion for real estate working construction in my area for a few years. We specialized in demolition and clean out; I was always fascinated with the different housing styles out there! I was fortunate enough to attend a college by the name of Williamson College of the Trades. There, I studied machine tool technology which has given me a strong character foundation and a mechanical aptitude that has greatly aided my real estate investing journey. Back in November of 2019, I took my first steps as a real estate investor and bought a property out in West Chester, PA. The property was bought in as-is condition with the intention of fixing it up while living here, otherwise known as a live-in-flip. Although the project has had it challenges, both big and small, it has been a great learning experience and I hope to use the lessons from it on future deals. My current plan is to acquire a few more fix and flips with the intention of building a solid cash reserve and slowly transition into the Buy and Hold strategy of Real estate Investing.
