I am a Ex-management consultant who has stepped away from the world of high-finance and intangible assets towards tech sales. I have started embracing a longer term vision and plan for my own life, which involves taking and keeping control of your assets, one of which is real-estate. I am originally from Waterloo, Canada, where I hold 2 single family homes. 1 is rented to the Canadian government (my tenants are on disability which means the govt pays their bills and pays me directly).
