I work in the high tech industry as a software developer. I’ve been interested in real estate investing for a long time before I finally purchased my first investment property in 2011 after I was lucky enough to have met a real estate agent that’s been in the market as an agent as well as an investor for the last 30 years. Since then I have acquired 4 rental properties (SFR) in the East Bay (Hayward, Fremont). I’m currently interested in learning how to get into the multi family real estate market to expand my portfolio and learn from others instead of trying to do it on my own.
