Just like most people on this site, I am here because I read the book Rich Dad Poor Dad 10+ years ago. From the moment I finished that book I have been obsessed with the idea of becoming a successful real estate investor. Professionally, I am a senior level operations and project management professional offering 12+ years of progressive leadership experience. My Skill set includes financial planning and analysis, personnel management, strategic business planning, and identifying along with correcting operational deficiencies.
