Looking to partner on an apartment complex or duplex rehab. I've been house hacking a 4-flat in Humboldt Park since 2016, and recently acquired 4 units in Pullman (60628). My goals are to supplement my earned income to build a nest egg for my single, self-employed mother, and achieve financial freedom through real estate. I graduated from Northwestern University in 2012 with a BS/MS in Environmental Engineering and have experience in SaaS, consulting, engineering, energy benchmarking ordinance compliance, and non-profit work. I am a registered Professional Engineer in Illinois, and a LEED Accredited Professional. I have extensive knowledge about EPA's ENERGY STAR Program for Commercial Buildings and corporate climate commitments. Looking for a reputable property manager for 4-8 units.
