Hello! I earned my bachelors of architecture in 2005, and first became licensed in Florida in 2008. I designed custom residential homes with The Weber Studio for 7 years, where I also became the CFO (after 3 years). I later moved to Washington, where I pursued a masters degree and new career in psychological research, but have still kept an active license as an architect as well (#10919). I own 9 acres of land in Carson, WA, purchased in 2015. It is a beautiful piece of property with 1,100' of creek and 2 waterfalls. My mom currently resides on the land in a home we built in 2019. I designed it for her to live on the ground floor and she Airbnb's the second floor. There has been much love and sweat put into the property, including an amazing garden, multiple fish ponds, a host of trails, and last year, a pedestrian bridge across the creek. We have the ability to add multiple short term rentals there, and I'd like to pursue this as a source of passive income. On a personal level, I consider myself an enthusiastic DIY'er. I've comfy with all forms of construction and love projects big and small. I'm an avid traveler (currently in Colombia), having visited 38 countries and 46 states, and am also a yoga teacher and have trained or dabbled in most all outdoor pursuits! Ideally, I would love to meet like-minded people to pursue creating the property into something quite special, perhaps eventually even hosting events and/or retreats.
