I've always loved studying real estate prices and trends, but I was comfortable working a corporate 9-5 job until I read Rich Dad Poor Dad. I owned and managed a successful Airbnb in Kettering OH (61 5-star reviews) until June 2020 when I transitioned it to a LTR. I've worked in Accounting and as an Analyst, so I enjoy numbers.
