My wife and I have one rental property now, and are just trying to learn everything we can about real estate investing. Like many just getting started in real estate, we previously lived in our condo and were able to keep it as a rental when we bought our first house. We both work full time and have a young family but would love to add another unit, or maybe many more someday.
