Hi Everyone, I’m an investor looking to connect and hopefully partner with other investors on a single family multi-family BRRRR’nb or BRRRR properties, preferably in a rural area with acreage. My investment experience includes: 1.) one single family rental recently sold in Knoxville, TN; 2.) I partner in a glamping operation in Joshua Tree, California; and 3.) rental arbitrage units in Dubai, UAE, where I currently live.
