First and foremost I am a husband to a wonderful wife and oldest sibling of five boys. I am relatively new to Real Estate Investing but a long time obsessor over Financial Freedom. Some would consider me a member of the FIRE movement, although I take issue with the 'Retirement' end of this. At the end of the day, I am simply a numbers and financial nerd. Real Estate interests me particularly as a vehicle for attaining further lifestyle flexibility as I work to transition (eventually) out of my current occupation. I am officially enraptured with the idea of owning buy and hold residential properties as a means of building wealth and developing a passive stream of income. Originally from Milwaukee, WI I am looking throughout the Midwest, although I am focusing on my hometown as a place to get my start as I have familiarity with the neighborhoods and have easy access to this locale being in Chicago. I am very excited to delve into real estate as I have yet to find failure when I truly go all in on area I have passion for. Excited to learn and grow with this great community's assistance!
