I graduated from the University of South Carolina with my JD/MBA in December 2018. I’m licensed to practice law in SC. Currently based in Dallas, TX working for a residential home builder leading its land acquisition department. Previously, I worked in Atlanta, GA performing commercial real estate valuation services for EY. Novice investor, but have a 3br / 2ba rental property in Columbia, SC that I manage, own two investment duplexes in Milwaukee, WI and an 8 unit property I'm in the process of BRRRRing in Columbia, SC. I’m currently focused on smaller multifamily deals (8 - 50 units) that I can BRRRR and have long term goals of syndicating. Any advice is welcomed!
