I'm new to Real Estate Investing and spending this year learning as much as I can before buying my first home sometime in 2025-2026. I'm a Navy Veteran hoping to use the VA loan to help finance my first purchase. At this point in my education, I feel most drawn toward the BRRRR strategy. It's an expensive market in my area with median home prices around 500k, making it particularly challenging to get started while earning a middle class salary. I'm here to learn and hopefully make some great connections!
