Hello. Founder of SimpleGive.com. Founder and Partner at MinistyBrands.com. I am currently building two software packages. SimpleRent.com and SimpleFlip.com. The goal of SimpleRent is to provide a simple solution to being a property manager. SimpleFlip is designed to help both the flipper and investor manage multiple houses. I am currently funding five house flips. I own 15 rental properties in Memphis and Knoxville, Tennessee. Two are commercial properties.
