RE Professional and Investor. In the RE business 19 years, rehabbing a few years off and on - but will be doing more now. Need a good Scope of Work form. I haven't actually used a form before, just have written out work required, but now I want to use a form. Could use a good independent contractor form as well. Also need to find properties that will work - in an area where multiple offers bring the price up to beyond the ARV - so no deals where we need to work.
