New to RE investing but it has always been a dream of mine to start a RE investing company. Experience: I have one rental and just completed a live in flip which I plan to rent or sell within two years. Real Estate Goals: In 2 years I hope to be retailing 6 single family houses a year and adding 6 rentals to my portfolio a year. Currently Seeking: A mentor in the Howard County, Md. or Prince Georges County, Md. area who is experienced in flips and/or rental properties. I am willing to work part-time for free in order to learn the business. Hard money lenders who lend based on the potential equity of a renovated home. I am also seeking local wholesalers and plan to use valuation software to market a good deal to a private lender.
