Bianca Torsarkissian

My name is Bianca Torsarkissian, I have several years of experience in the commercial and residential construction industry. I currently hold a California General contractors B licensed and own my construction company since 1999. I have worked with investors as a GC, project manager and inspector for Hard Money Lenders. My company specializes in fix and flips of distress properties, we can do complete rehabs or some TLC. I have done some flips of my own in the East Coast and recently relocated to California.
