My wife and I are extremely interested in beginning our lifelong career in real estate. I have always wanted to work for myself and provide a level of customer service/experience that trumps my competition. Our goal is to begin with wholesaling, build up some capitol and invest in rehab projects, as well as long term rentals. We still have a lot to learn, but are well on our way! As of right now, we are looking deeply into closing our first deal with OPM. We welcome any and all ideas with open ears and open arms.
