I am a real estate investor who used to be stock broker at a local bank. I currently have all sfh, I decided I'm not fond of small mfh and sold those. I learned to invest in real estate from a rich dad class I took, so cash flow is my investing style. Would love to hear from other local investors. I am also in the process of developing a 24 unit apartment. Would love any help and advice.
