Scott Bowers

Hi, I'm Scott Bowers, a Colorado native fortunate enough to have a great family and to live in a universe full of opportunities. I've been educating myself for awhile and was bitten by the real estate bug after renting out a house I owned. I'd heard horror stories about tenants, but we carefully screened applicants and had zero problems during the lease. I was in! Because of our very hot local market, I sold the property and am now in the niche of three and four-unit multi-family residential properties. This field is so exciting and while finding the right property is a great thrill, the excitement for me also lies in the hunt for new investments. I didn't care much for accounting in business school but real estate numbers are like a fun puzzle for me and running them is a detective opportunity!
