Hi everyone! 👋 I’m Borja, based in sunny Spain, and I’m on a mission to build an international real estate portfolio — mainly outside Europe — that generates steady USD income and gives me full financial freedom. Right now, I’m especially interested in the BRRRR strategy and long-term rentals in landlord-friendly markets like the US and others around the world. I love the idea of combining value-add projects with strong cashflow, and I’m learning how to do it remotely with the right partners and systems. I first got into real estate after discovering how properties can be more than “just a place to live” — they can be a tool for creating wealth, security, and options in life. That mindset completely changed my goals and the way I see the future.
