Brad Brosmer

Born and raised in Huntingburg, IN. Graduated from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, IN with a BS in Electrical Engineering. Married with 3 kids. President of Superior Insulation which is a construction subcontracting business specializing in Insulation, Air, and Water Barrier Systems for the construction industry throughout the Midwest. Experience: I have been in real estate for nearly 20 years. 2002-Started with a new home build out in Georgia 2004-Did a house renovation/flip in Tennessee. 2005-Used small amount of remaining cash to buy duplex. Lived in bottom unit and eventually rented out both after buying a house. 2005-Purchased first multi-family property (2 fourplexes and duplex) through owner-financing deal. Put a lot of sweat equity into them to increase rents. 2006-Used equity in previous deal to buy 2 more fourplexes. 2008-Used equity in all properties to leverage purchase of 13-unit building along with 2.5 acres of adjacent ground. 2015-Built 8-unit building on property next to 13-unit building 2018 - Bought first mobile home park - 51 lots 2019 - Bought second mobile home park - 41 lots 2020 - Bought third mobile home park - 86 lots Real Estate Goals: Continue to grow real estate portfolio particularly in the multi-family and MHP sectors. Currently Seeking: Looking for mobile home parks and multi-family properties (8+ units) preferably 1980's or newer that are potentially needing rehab work or new management.
