I am fairly new to real estate investing. I am gearing my focus to a buy and hold approach. I am 29 and looking for long term strategy. Looking for any advice or wisdom! ^^^ Above was my initial about myself when I created my BP profile. I just turned 31 and I have since purchased 3 properties(5 Units). Currently working on a full/extensive rehab. I have a full time job and using real estate to build long term wealth.
