Brady Grohne

I am a real estate investor, rehabber and property manager originally from Asheville, NC. Around 2008 I moved to Jackson, WY for an early, mini retirement hiatus of playing outside and working at night. By 2018 I divested my NC portfolio and my wife, Monica and I reinvested here in Victor, ID in a full renovation, primary residence with a rental unit attached. I am now in the process of reinvesting primarily in southern Idaho, particularly Idaho Falls, Boise, Nampa, and Caldwell. I currently work in caretaking and property management in Jackson, WY. I am interested in physically and financially distressed fix and flip, BRRRR, buy and hold, and wholesale single family and small multifamily properties.
