Brad Zalischuk

I'm 26 years old currently living in a 3 bedroom house, renting out the two other bedroom to cover the cost of mortgage. I've got some savings and I'm itching to purchase my first income property. I need to decided what would be best for me to purchase. Came here to gain as much knowledge as I can before diving into the deep end. My end goal would be to live entirely off the income of my real estate properties by the time I'm 40. Looking forward to this path I plan on taking.
