Brandon Garmon

I’m a general contractor working on remodels and renovations with my “day job.” I’m a real estate investor and property manager at the same time. I own half of a 45 unit mobile home park in South Daytona, FL and I am looking for more multi family deals. I also flip homes when I come across a good deal that makes sense fiscally. I am looking to network and meet like minded individuals in my area to see how other people are doing things and maybe get into additional partnerships down the road. I currently have a 4 unit property under contract (cash deal) where I would be open to private lending or possibly a partnership on the deal.
