Brandon Michael Jeanpierre

I’m a systems engineer, project manager, and nonprofit founder focused on developing sustainable housing and community-focused real estate projects. My background is in enterprise IT infrastructure, operations, and organizational development, and I’m currently applying those disciplines to real estate acquisition, asset management, and long-term value creation. I lead The Black Flag, a 501(c)(3) organization focused on housing, technology education, and community development initiatives. My current focus is acquiring and operating income-producing multifamily and mixed-use assets that can support both strong financial performance and measurable community impact. I am actively building relationships with private lenders, creative finance professionals, wholesalers, operators, and investors who understand value beyond conventional underwriting metrics.
