Brendan Moore

I recently moved to St Augustine, Florida. I am an eager and motivated investor. I am fairly new to real estate investing. I am interested learning about investing in rental property through conventional or foreclosed homes. I am open to other avenues in real estate investing as long as I can build a solid team around me. I am a River Boat Pilot on the Mississippi River so I travel for work. I work half of the year which gives me time to travel and enjoy various hobbies. I also think it gives me a significant amount of time to devote to real estate investing, which was always a passion but didn't seem fully attenable until recently.
