I’m new to the game. Looking to buy my first rental/duplex. I’ve been reading books, analyzing properties, podcast, and going to my local landlord meeting. I’m learning so much it’s fun. I’m 39 married to my beautiful wife with a 4 yr old boy and a 15 mo baby girl.
