I am newer real estate investor currently looking to buy small multi-family (2-4 Unit) homes in the Greater Cleveland area. I'm primarily looking to network with other investors and agents who have been successful with this niche to help source, analyze, and ultimately purchase properties. I recently moved to Cleveland from NYC to begin my REI journey with my future wife. I am also looking to network with reliable contractors, lenders (private and conventional), handymen, and property managers. I don't know too many folks in the area and would love to network with whoever wants to chat real estate. My inbox is open! I am looking to purchase 1-2 properties in 2021 to gain experience and eventually hope to scale into several properties a year. In the future, I'd like to scale gracefully into 8-16 unit apartment buildings and up if the opportunity presents itself.
