Experience: I have over 15 years in real estate including lending, investing, and accounting. I am currently a finance manager for the real estate and construction division of a large health system. I bought my first investment property in 2006 and have purchased multiple apartment complexes in Portland and Salem OR area. I currently own 2 complexes and looking to add more. Real Estate Goals: My real estate strategy is the BRRR model. Short term goal is to acquire a 10-50 unit multifamily property in the $500k-$4M range. Medium term goal is to have 100 units within 5 years. Long term goal is to have $20k per month in free cash flow.
