After 15+ years in the automotive industry I ditched corporate life and jumped with both feet into real estate. It was time to take control of my life and as James Altucher always says, "Choose Yourself". In my first 12 months I did 19 transactions; mostly buy/sell but also threw in a transaction coordinator and lease transaction. There was and still is a steep learning curve. My business continues to grow but in my first year I realized the potential in real estate outside of the normal residential buying/selling. I believe my true future is on the investing side. In the short term I plan on focusing on wholesaling/flipping and long term possibly buy and holding. I'm committed to learning and doing so I can set up my family for the life we've dreamed about.
