I’ve been actively involved in real estate investing on and off since 2003. At the peak of my portfolio, I owned and managed 10 rental properties across California and Louisiana, gaining hands-on experience with acquisitions, rehabs, tenant management, and market cycles. In 2014, I made the decision to sell my portfolio after encountering challenges with investment partners who did not follow through on commitments. Since then, I’ve stayed connected to the industry through bird-dogging and deal sourcing, which allowed me to sharpen my market awareness and underwriting skills without being overexposed. Today, my focus is on identifying strong fix-and-flip opportunities and long-term rental markets across the U.S., with an emphasis on disciplined numbers, risk management, and sustainable returns. I’m actively looking to connect with real estate agents, lenders (hard money, private, and conventional), and like-minded partners who value transparency, follow-through, and long-term relationships. I believe reputation matters, your word matters, and a handshake still means something. I look forward to working with others who share that mindset.
