23 years old wanting to learn more about real estate investing. Specifically, multi-family homes, trailers, apartments, etc. Low cost buying and living as I live in a very rural area and the living is fairly low. I have and am in the finishing flipping my house I currently live in and plan on renting out to pay out the mortgage(any advice on property management?)and am about to close on a cabin that I own 10% of. I feel the need that real estate investing is one of my best options in this area. Any advice and help would be appreciated. Thanks.
