REI seeking, education, networking, team building on my journey as a fix/flipper, and buy/hold owner of multi-family and SFR rental units. Currently Senior Aerospace Engineering manager with 2 teenage boys that I have introduced to REI along with my wife who works at a large SW company. Spare time: love to do HIIT workouts, hike, travel, fly-fish, hang out with family and friends. I’ve invested in 5 owner-occupied homes over the years and developed/enjoyed/sold 20 acres just north of Yellowstone. I did my first fix/flip in 2020 and purchased my first 4-plex buy and hold in Clarksville, TN in June of 2020 and plan to close on my 2nd new build 4-plex in Clarksville in May '21.
