I am a homeowner in the Raleigh-Durham area (Knightdale) of NC, full-time IT professional, husband to my wife, and father of three boys. After several months of learning about various real estate strategies, I have decided to take action and buy my first rental property (potentially as a BRRRR). I am interested in growing my portfolio fairly rapidly in the next 10-15 years in order to be financially free, pay for my sons to go to college (or help them start their own business, etc), give more to those in need, and have wealth for retirement.
