Married with one child, USMC veteran, motorcycle technician. I found Bigger Pockets on YouTube after learning about the idea of real estate from Rich Dad Poor Dad. I was looking at Rich Dad videos, when BP was suggested, I clicked and I'm hooked! Podcasts are amazing! We will be fulfilling a military move soon that will take us out of country for a few years, so I'm seeking all advice for PM and tenant screening. I look forward to reading and learning every day.
